The Trikon PowerPlayerPlus programme serves as a pathway for young and dynamic individuals who aspire to play cricket at a higher level to enter Renegades Recruit Program, which provides a unique high-performance opportunity for talented players to develop their skills and potentially play at a higher platform.
Through excellent coaching, intense playing regimens and top-notch facilities, the Trikon PowerPlayerPlus programme strives to nurture and develop successful cricketing talents at the local, state, national and international levels.
The PowerPlayerPlus program allows young and dynamic cricket aspirants to join the Renegades Recruit program.
This initiative is open to all aspiring cricketers aged 16 and above with the necessary skills and talent.
Nominations will be invited from potential aspirants based on a specific set of criteria.
A rigorous selection process will be conducted in Sydney to shortlist the top 10 players from the nomination pool.
These shortlisted players will become the final contenders for the PowerPlayerPlus program.
Top three players selected after trials, with one male and one female entering Renegades recruitment program.
Winners rewarded with Trikon PowerPlayerPlus contract, gaining entry to Renegades Recruit program for both genders.
Renegades Recruit program has 12 male and female players competing for coveted contracts.
The Renegades Recruit’s female edition will search for the ‘next best’ talent outside the WBBL.
Both male and female competition winners will again receive a unique high-performance opportunity with the Renegades to develop their cricket.
Renegades Recruit is a three-part
TV series – broadcast across the club’s
social media platform and Kayo sports – bringing male and female cricket club cricketers to compete for a unique high-performance opportunity with the Renegades Academy.
The Renegades Recruit’s male edition will search for the best players in community cricket with the potential to play at a higher level.
